Good thought.
If rolling the fenders doesn't work that will be real useful.

Negative camber wears tires though

Actually Bill I think I would try the alignment before I messed with rolling the fender lips. You may only need a half a degree of negative camber to clear the tires and that wouldn't really make any noticeable difference in tire wear in my opinion. Plus those tires aren't going to last very long under YOUR rght foot anyway!  When you roll the wheel lips you always risk damaging or cracking paint and bending the outer body. The rear wheel openings are MUCH stronger than the front fenders because the outer wheel house is welded to the quarter panel all the way around the wheel opening. I I looked closely enough last night (in te dark) the tires are "barely rubbing". That's my best advice. Just looking out for ya because I'd hate to see you have to fix and repaint your quarter panels after waiting so long and spending so much on the car.

Seems like the air pump is a little noisy.
I checked with the builder and he said to trim the inside lip up to the spot welds from 12 o'clock position back.
As John mentioned, it's hard to roll the lip without damaging the paint.

Why from 12 o'clock back and not forward as well? I'm probably missing what you're saying.

Just the way the fender curves in at the back, it only rubs there not in the front of the opening.

Ok so it's just the way your wheel openings are shaped.  Got it.
